Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I’m giving thanks for a lot this year. Things are really good right now and I’m pretty much where I need to be. I’ve decided optimism is the way to go. This may seem a bit incongruous with this site in the past, but what can I say… It’s working for me at the moment. Obama Kool-Aid?
Today I’m giving extra special thanks to photographer Richard Renaldi. Renaldi went about asking complete strangers to pose for pictures while touching in some way. There is something about physical contact with a stranger that takes you completely out of your comfort zone and that is well documented in this very cool art project. Others look like they’ve known each other for years. It is striking to cycle through these photos knowing these people have never met before.
